2. Orders & Payments


  • We offer both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) options (if mentioned on product page).

  • For COD, customers must make sure they accept the parcel at the time of delivery.

3. Return & Refund Policy


  • We do not accept returns or refunds, once the product is delivered and accepted.

  • Only delivery rejection is allowed for COD orders, meaning you can refuse the package before accepting it.

  • Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled or refused at the time of delivery.

4. Product Quality & Warranty


  • All products are checked before dispatch.

  • Any manufacturing defect related issue must be reported within 48 hours with unboxing video as proof.

  • Replacement eligibility totally depends on inspection from our side.

5. No Apple Association Disclaimer


  • HomeTronics has no intention to copy Apple or any other brand's products or design.

  • We are an independent business and not affiliated with Apple Inc. in any form.

6. Shipping & Delivery


  • Delivery time may vary depending on location & courier availability.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unexpected events.

  • Prices may change anytime without prior notice.

  • Terms may be updated occasionally. Users are expected to review them time to time

8. Apple Box Disclaimer

We are not selling Premium Packging Or Apple Boxes, We just sell TWS earphones, and the name on Product page does not show its true nature.
